How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 working hours from our facility. Once shipped:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders across India typically arrive within 5-8 working days.
  • Remote Areas: For certain parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
  • Unforeseen Delays: Please note that delivery times can occasionally extend due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or in rare cases, product availability, potentially taking up to two weeks.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send an email to your registered address with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@edgeandease.com

Which courier companies do you use?

We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress to ensure your order reaches you efficiently, based on your pincode.

What if my tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my product?

While rare, if your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with family members, neighbours, or your office mailroom as products are often received on your behalf.

It's crucial to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner. If a genuine case of non-receipt is confirmed after our 10-working-day investigation, we will process a full refund. Please understand that after the 48-hour timeline, it becomes difficult for us to take action, and we may not be liable for any losses.
