Exchange & Return Policy

At Edge & Ease, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: For all return and exchange requests, please email us at support@edgeandease.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID in the email for faster processing.


Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: You can request an exchange if there's a size issue or if you received a wrong product (different from what you ordered). Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • Process: We offer free exchanges for size issues or wrong products. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the item.
  • Product Condition: For an exchange to be processed, the product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed.
    • Have the original sticker/label attached.
    • Folded correctly and adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Value Difference: If you exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
  • Limitation: Exchange requests will be processed only once per order.

Refund Policy:

  • Defective Products: Refunds are only issued for genuinely defective products. To request a refund for a defective item, please email us at support@edgeandease.com with your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.
  • Exceptional Returns: In rare, exceptional cases where a return is accepted for reasons other than a defective product (e.g., no delivery issue and correct item received), a charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover reverse pickup logistics costs.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your provided bank account.
  • Exclusions:
    • Products that have been used or washed are not eligible for exchange or refund.
    • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
    • No refunds for size issues; only exchanges are offered.
    • Slight variations in color or design from those displayed on our website/social media are not grounds for return or refund, as these can occur due to screen settings and photography.
    • If a defect is determined to be a result of your actions or omissions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Important Note: Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid any issues with returns or refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy criteria.
